- Orders should be made one week in advance, for most requests
- We serve the greater New York Metropolitan area, Northern NJ and Southern CT
- Delivery Charges may apply depending on distance traveled
- Our current forms of payment are cash or check
- Full Service catering is available for parties greater than 50
- Will work with other catering services to fulfill authentic barbeque needs
